Continue to the busy Dong Khoi Street - the business and commercial center of Saigon.

Day 02. Saigon - Cuchi
Morning visit to Cuchi, a former basement famous with a system of tunnel, to see how Vietnamese people lived, struggled and won the war.
Back to Saigon in the afternoon. Visit the War Remnant Museum. Then onto China Town to visit Binh Tay Market, Thien Hau Pagoda.

Day 03. Full day excursion to Mekong delta
Transfer to Mytho. Take a boat cruise along rivers and channels lively with water transport as well as local activities on water and on the banks
… through villages. Visit fruit and bonsai gardens, candy workshop and local homes.

Day 04. Saigon - Nhatrang
Take a short flight to Nhatrang and then sandy beach, sunlight, emerald sea water… fill up the rest of the day.

Day 05. Nhatrang
Full day offshore Nhatrang bay on boat. Cruising to explore some islands, swimming, snorkeling in crystal water of the sea, under tropical sunlight…

Day 06. Nhatrang - Danang - Hoian
Morning flight to Danang. Continue the trip with visiting and sightseeing to Cham sculpture museum, China beach, Marble Mountain before proceed to Hoian, the World Cultural Heritage;
Explore Hoian on foot, wandering peaceful and narrow streets with centuries-old architectures combining influences of many exotic trading communities, paying visit to some of highlights in Hoian such as Museum, old merchants’ house, assembly hall, Japanese covered Bridge… walking along the bank of the lively Thu Bon River, once prosperous and famous commercial port in the region.

Day 07. Hoian - Myson
Discovery trip to Myson, 40km from Hoian, for admiring great architectural and art works of the Cham people: The Towers. Having a brief understanding of the history, culture… for which Myson was recognized the World Cultural Heritage.
Return to Hoian. Free time for shopping, wandering around or beach relax.

Day 08. Hoian - Hue
Transfer overland northwards for about 5 hours to Hue with stops along the way for “bird eyed” view and photogenic scenery.
Afternoon, sightseeing of Hue, the ancient capital of Vietnam, includes visit to the Royal Citadel, Purple Forbidden City, Royal theater and temples…
Enjoy a leisure boat trip upstream Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, the biggest Buddhist Center in the region.

Day 09. Hue - Hanoi
Enjoy morning visit to the Mausoleum of King Tu Duc, a replica of the king’s palace but built purposely for the next incarnation.
Flight to Hanoi and spend the rest of the day walking around the narrow and lively streets of the Old Quarter. Enjoy the charm of the city center highlighted with Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, Opera house...

Day 10. Hanoi City tour - Night train to LaoCai
The whole day for visiting Hanoi’s outstanding historical and cultural sites and Museum including:
The political center of the country, Ba Dinh square, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, the house on stilt where president Ho Chi Minh live from 1958 to 1969, Ho Chi Minh Museum.
Quan Thanh Temple (Taoism), One Pillar Pagoda (Buddhism) and the Temple of Literature (Confucianism) for understanding the 3 main religions which have strong influences to the culture and spiritual life of the country.
Museum of Ethnology for more information of the 54 ethnics living in Vietnam now.
Evening highlight will be Water Puppet Performance - the unique form of Vietnamese art derived from wet-rice civilization in South East Asia.
Take the night train to Laokai in 4 soft beds cabin with A/C.
Day 11. Laokai - Sapa
Early morning arrival at Laokai then transfer uphill to Sapa.
The rest of the day is for exploring the charming town, visiting market and acquainting with tribal people such as H’mong, Red Zao, Zay… take a short walk out the town for magnificent view of Fansipan mountain range, deep valleys decorated by terrace rice paddies at sunset.

Day 12. Sapa - Laokai - Night train to Hanoi
Jeep driving and walking to visit villages of the H’mong, Zao and Zay people living along Muong Hoa valley to explore unique life
style, daily activities to earn a living as well as admiring breathtaking landscapes. Possibilities for trekking the whole day for about 7 hours if requested.
Back to Sapa town for refreshing up and dinner.
Late afternoon, transfer to Laokai for the night train to come back to Hanoi.
Day 13. Hanoi arrival - Halong Boat cruise
Morning arrival in Hanoi. Visit early flower market in Quang Ba before transfer through the Red River delta to Halong city with stops along the ways for photogenic landscapes of the country side.
At arrive in Halong, boarding a wooden junk and set sail to the sea. The cruise last for five hours around the site of the World Natural Heritage, amid many rocks jutting out of the sea water such as Dinh Huong island, Ga Choi island, Dog island, Sail island, visit Thien Cung cave beautifully decorated by thousand of stalactites and stalagmites. Seafood lunch served on boat.
Stay overnight in Halong city.
Day 14. Halong - Hanoi
Leaving Halong city for the way back to Hanoi with a stop to visit a pottery workshop in Dong Trieu town.
Afternoon is free in Hanoi at your own activities.
