Day 01 ~ Welcome to Vietnam - Arrive in Hanoi (D) 
Welcome arrival at Hanoi’s Noi Bai Airport, and then transfer to hotel for check-in. Peoples who arrive early can order a side trip at your arrival to Hanoi or just relax.
In the evening, a short meeting of the group for introduction and tour briefing before welcome dinner with traditional Vietnamese cuisine, hosted by Holiday travel. Overnight in Hanoi.
Day 02 ~ Hanoi City Tour (B,L)
Morning sightseeing of the city’s most outstanding historical and cultural sites, to include The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, President Ho’s House on Stilts, and Ba Dinh Square, often referred to as the political heart of Vietnam. The day’s touring continues to the One Pillar Pagoda and the Temple of Literature, in order to gain an understanding of two guiding forces in Vietnam culture, Buddhism and Confucianism.
Afternoon will start with visit to the Museum of History, then enjoy a walking tour of central Hanoi and the exciting Old Quarter with its 37 specialized ‘Guild Streets.’ You’ll experience Hoan Kiem Lake, the old French colonial section, and the magnificent Opera House.
The evening is highlighted by a performance of the famed Water Puppet Theatre of Hanoi, a traditional art form created by village farmers around the Red River Delta region. Unique, but recognised internationally.

Day 03 ~ Hanoi to Halong Boat Cruise (B,L)
We transfer overland to Halong Bay, northeast of Hanoi and enter into the Red River Delta, rich with rural beauty and picturesque rice-farming villages. Once reaching Halong Bay, We board the wooden junk and set sail for a leisure cruise of Halong Bay. Declared a World Heritage Site to protect its beauty, we’ll cruise through its three-thousand islands and rich rock-formations, passing by Ga Choi Island, Dinh Huong Island, Dog Island, Sail Island, and even visit Sung Sot Cave. You’ll be able to sample the rich seafood Lunch served on-board while viewing the islands.
Back on land in late afternoon, the rest of the day is at leisure to explore this extraordinary piece of Vietnam.

Day 04 ~ Hanoi - Danang - Hoi An (B)
We check out early and leave Halong for Hanoi’s Noi Bai airport to take the mid-day flight to Danang. As soon as our arrival to Danang, we’ll drive to Hoi An Town, 30 Km. south of Danang.
The rest of the day will be spent exploring Hoi An’s winding streets and centuries-old architecture, which combines Chinese, Japanese, and Vietnamese influences. Highlighted are the Chinese Assembly Hall, homes of the old merchant families, ancient temples, and the Japanese Bridge. Overnight in Hoi An.
Day 05 ~ Hoi An - Hue (B,L)
Today, we drive northward to Hue, and over the coastal route, into some of the most beautiful scenery in Vietnam’s center region. Hue is the self-proclaimed intellectual and artistic center of Vietnam, and we’ll explore Hue’s Nguyen Dynasty by visiting the Imperial Citadel and other important sites in Hue.
Day 06 ~ Hue - Saigon (B)
Morning boat trip on the quiet and peaceful Perfume River for visiting Thien Mu Pagoda and King Ming Mang’s Tomb.
We fly to Saigon in the afternoon. We transfer from the airport to hotel, check in.
Evening is at your own pace to explore downtown of Saigon.

Day 07 ~ Saigon - Cu Chi (B,L) 
Today, we spend the whole morning visiting to Cu Chi, with its 250 Km of tunnels remaining after 1975 and the war in Vietnam. Now a major site of interest for tourists and historians, and those interested in Vietnam’s military history.
Then we drive back to Saigon to enjoy a city overview tour of the important landmarks: The Central Post Office, The former Presidential Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Saigon waterfront, and finally, the excitement of the Cho Lon District (Saigon’s ‘China-town’). You’ll have ample opportunity to experience the Binh Tay Central Market and the Thien Hau Pagoda.

Day 08 ~ Departure from Saigon (B)
Rest and relax before departure from Saigon, or explore the city on your own. Transfer and departure assistance provided.
